Infant and children baptisms are not offered but adults seeking baptism or to become members of the Church must enter into the process RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults).

Two thousand years ago in the obscure fringes of the Roman Empire a revolution started that would change the course of human history. This revolution started with one person, the person of Jesus Christ, a man like no other because in his person was united the human and the divine. Through his life, death and resurrection he has answered the definitive question of our existence: that we are created to share in the same very divine life that he lives now and for eternity. Each person who comes to believe in Him whom the Father has sent enjoys this relationship of communion with the Trinity. Those who believe in him now live their life according to the demands of this relationship; a life of being a disciple. A disciple is someone who has made the decision to be a follower of Jesus and pattern their life after his.
Here at UH, the journey to become Catholic is a 2 year process. It includes 3 components: Weekly classes, participation in a small faith group, and a once a year day of reflection or retreat. Check in later for more information on when classes start.
