COUGAR CATHOLIC ALTERNATIVE SPRING BREAK FUND 2012
Dear Students, Alumni and Community Members:
The Cougar Catholic Alternative Spring Break provides a missionary opportunity to the students who desire to use their spring break to serve those less fortunate. Last year, we volunteered at CHRISTUS Our Daily Bread Food Pantry in Galveston, Texas. This coming Spring Break 2012, we have chosen to do a pilgrimage at the Shrine of San Juan del Valle in the Catholic Diocese of Brownsville and will collaborate in a service project organized by the students of the Catholic Newman Center at the University of Texas - Pan American in Brownsville, Texas.
In order to meet our goal, we request a donation for the students that will be participating during this missionary opportunity. The estimated cost for the Cougar Catholic Alternative Spring Break is $150.00 per student. Please consider making a charitable donation for the Cougar Catholic Alternative Spring Break Fund so that the students may have the funds to participate.
Thank you in advance for your generosity in contributing to the Cougar Catholic Alternative Spring Break Fund 2012. Through your charitable donation we are able to do God's work at the University of Houston Catholic Newman Center in building community and giving service to those in need.
