OPERATION RICE BOWL
Operation Rice Bowl is the official Lenten Program of Catholic Relief Services. For more information about ORB, visit there webpage at http://orb.crs.org/ Thank you for your participation in Operation Rice Bowl. We raised a total of $393.59 and the money was sent to the Mission Office of the Archdiocese of Galveston - Houston. By participating in ORB, you not only enriched your Lenten journey, but also joined in solidarity and gave concrete assistance to the poorest of the poor in more than 90 countries that benefit through projects in the areas of agriculture, water, microfinance, mother and child health, education and HIV/Aids projects. 75% of your contribution to Operation Rice Bowl supports these development projects overseas. 25% remains in our Archdiocese of Galveston - Houston to fund local hunger and poverty alleviation programs.
